Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bar operations, including preparing drinks, managing stock, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Additionally, the Bar Supervisor will be responsible for making coffee and tea for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to recipes and standards
• Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
• Train and supervise bar staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Prepare coffee and tea orders for guests
• Monitor and adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
